Accessibility Statement

Everyday Archive aims to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or browser zoom.

Our approach

We build this site with semantic HTML5, visible keyboard focus states, labeled form controls, sufficient color contrast, and support for reduced-motion preferences. Our folder structure generator is built so its tree, controls, and reordering actions can be operated by keyboard alone, and dynamic updates are announced to screen readers through live regions. Core content, including every guide, remains readable without JavaScript enabled.

Standard we aim for

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time certification, and we review and improve the site as we find gaps.

Known limitations

As with any site, we may not have caught every issue. If you encounter a barrier using any page or tool on this site, we want to know about it.

How to report an issue

Please contact us through our contact page with a description of the problem, the page it occurred on, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We will do our best to address genuine accessibility barriers promptly.

This page works without JavaScript. Interactive tools, such as the folder structure generator and checklists, require JavaScript to be enabled.
